What is Ayahuasca?

Ayahuasca  is an  entheogenic drink  that has been used for thousands of years by the people of the  Amazon . It is known for the strong healing and visionary powers  for body and mind and has gained enormous popularity in recent decades.

Ayahuasca is used worldwide and successfully by  healers, therapists and shamans . It can be made in different plant-based ways, but always with the same two basic ingredients: DMT (dimethyltryptamine) and an MAO inhibitor (monoamine oxidase enzyme inhibitor). DMT  is a body's own substance, made by your pineal gland. We use different combinations: b. caapi or peganum harmala as MAO inhibitor. We usually use chacruna,  jurema, rainbowtree or chalipongo for the DMT .

Where does Ayahuasca come from?

It comes from South America from the Indians, Shamans, but the plants also grow in the Arab countries. In the past, the Ayahuasca was only available for the tribe's Shaman (healer). People from the tribe then came to the Shaman (healer) for healing and advice. The Shaman then drank the Ayahuasca to bring healing to the people in the tribe and to request advice from other dimensions. Nowadays the Ayahuasca is available for everyone.

What does Ayahuasca do?

Ayahuasca makes it possible to make a journey in your subconscious to allow healing to take place here. Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. When you change / heal from within, you notice this in your outer world. The change only starts after your ceremony in your daily life.

Why would you do Ayahuasca?

Ayahuasca can free your mind from stress, depressive feelings, disturbing thoughts and even trauma. It is a strong detox: it cleanses your body, blood and organs. For many, it has proven to be the key that opens the gateway to the subconscious mind. Under the influence of Ayahuasca you make a deep inner journey: it shows you what must be seen by you. All matters from your past that hinder you the most are discussed. You relive them and process them, so that you are free again and continue to grow without ballast.

How does it work?

Look at it that we are all controlled by an operating system, your personal software. This is formed by your DNA, parents, family lines, upbringing, experiences and environment in which you grew up and live. Certain viruses are included in this programming. Call the virus fear. While love is who you really are. As a child you were uninhibited and without virus.

Gradually the errors are installed due to education and events. I will give an example from myself. In the past when I started to perform as a child, such as singing, acting or performing, I was laughed at. This has caused feelings of shame, having to perform and not being good enough. Because of this I never dare to sing when there are people in my area.

Ayahuasca gives an operation in the operating system and throws out the viruses so that you get new software. It is not that your old software is completely gone. It is still somewhere on a certain disk in the background. The new software is installed on the upper motherboard making the new behavior automatically easy to live. Because of this there is almost no choice but to change. By expressing the new behavior you install the new software and blur the old. This is where the transformation takes place.

This is the journey from the head to the heart. In other words: There is no choice but to choose the heart instead of the head. This can turn your life completely upside down.

More than therapy

There are a huge number of therapies in countless directions. However, experience shows that an Ayahuasca ceremony goes beyond the average therapy, allowing you to go deeper and therefore reach your desired goal faster. Helping people to give their lives a positive turn is very inspiring. You can say that Ayahuasca works from your deepest core, while therapy comes from outside.

We organize our Ayahuasca ceremonies in collaboration with various co-supervisors / counselors with different therapeutic and shamanic backgrounds. These supervisors have already earned their spurs with Ayahuasca ceremonies, among other things. There is a lot of love and capacity to guide you on your journey with confidence.

What do you get out of it?

It is not possible to say in advance exactly what a ceremony will produce. For many, an Ayahuasca Ceremony is completely life changing, but this does not have to be the case. Common healing is experiencing less stress, clearing out negative thinking patterns, being able to live more in the now. We also often see that people get rid of their burnout or depression . I want to be careful with this, because nobody can promise in advance whether this will actually happen.

Ayahuasca can bring about subtle changes, which in the longer term leads to (major) change. You get what you need in the ceremony. Healing remains a process. It is up to you to implement the insights of the ceremony afterwards.
